About Me
With decades of experience as a therapist, partner, mother of six, and cancer survivor, I understand the value of working with each person as a unique, dynamic individual. My background has shown me that even the most challenging experiences can lead to the discovery of deeper meaning and ultimately peace. I have personal experience raising children to adulthood, navigating the challenges and rewards of being in long-term relationships, and dealing with loss, illness and grief.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach focuses on providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space to develop a trusting and collaborative partnership. We will look at the internal narratives that shape your reality and support you to discern whether they are serving you well. This process integrates emotional and spiritual health to address the whole person. I am committed to creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel deeply respected, allowing your truest and most capable self to flourish in every aspect of your life.
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms - to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way.” (Victor Frankl)
